Jahme meets Khanel during the year 2009, in the mists of northern France, Lille specifically. She is a singer, dancer and storyteller, he is a Creole composer and an accomplished musician. Two colorful personalities who clash in the greyness of northern France, two people who were meant to meet. The attachment of these young people to traditional music soon gives birth to Madin'Free-K. A generous group that has to disseminate, defend music specially the ancestral heritage of their native island, Martinique. They give life to a wide range of musical styles but always with a Madin'Free-K sauce. You will discover their compositions through various musical accents sometimes velvety, sometimes sweet but always engaged.
