An evening full of surprises with a musician of many talents :

Amar Amarni , painter , musician and filmmaker , was born in 1973 in Tizi Ouzou , Algeria. After studying at the Academy of Arts of Algiers , he earned his graduate degree in Arts and also had a degree in the School of Arts of Marseille.

He worked as a cartoonist for the Algerian newspaper The New Republic ( 1998). He has also made a large number of art exhibitions between 1994 and 2010 in various countries such as Algeria, France , Spain , Germany, Finland , Tunisia ...

Amar Amarni is also the composer of the soundtrack for the film directed by Elisabeth Leuvrey crossing in 2006.

He has done many shows in different theaters of Paris since the release of his album of experimental music Orange makes me happy since 2011 until today with its artistic performance " experience AMART " which mixes sounds , music, painting and film art .

He has also directed many short animated films between 2007 and 2013 , has participated in international festivals such as FIAV Nimes in France in 2008 , where it won the Jury Prize with the short film Obsession square .

He has directed other films such as The black birds , The creation, I am a bad painter , It's just a short love story , The faces of Monalisa , No how , Save your planet and In our home , which was shortlisted for competition shorts MADE in MED , the International Festival of Mediterranean Film Festival in Montpellier and the Amazigh film.
