Description of the concert:

At the Balattou in Montreal, just close your eyes, and there you are in the heart of the Mandinka Empire, timelessly, seated in the shade of a mango tree, sharing a Tô while drinking a steaming cup of tea. To the sound of his Kamélé N’goni, Dramane sings and tells about his native Mali, its customs and its people. Be sure, though, to reopen your eyes and get ready to dance!

Biography of the artist:

Dramane was born in 1982 in the Sikasso region of southern Mali, the cradle of Wassoulou music, on the border with Burkina Faso. Coming from a line of artists, it would have been difficult for him to escape his destiny, which was set out in advance.
