Description of the concert:

FREE concerts starting at 11 p.m. for all festival-goers who hold tickets for Nuits d'Afrique shows (valid only for concerts in this series) / Otherwise, regular price: $10.

Always adorned in a headscarf with Ivoirian patterns, his distinctive sign, Gotta Lago moves around Montreal’s cultural scene. An outstanding multidisciplinary artist, guitarist, pianist, percussionist and singer as well as being a talented actor and storyteller, he is involved in just about every project! A vital presence on the local world music scene, he is always sharing his talents. For six nights in a row, with his guests, he will be setting the Balattou alight. 

Gotta the uniter will put together a real party to celebrate the festival’s 25th birthday! An explosive evening, full of surprises and pleasure, where you can find everyone who, over the years, has joined the great Nuits d'Afrique family, the world music family, the family of a diverse Montreal.
