A new personality to discover on our Quebec hip-hop scene, Mops. He was born in Congo where he spent a peaceful childhood brutally interrupted with the civil war. At the age of 12, Mops discovered hip-hop which was a turning point in his life. He instantly starts to use this rhythm to express his opinions, feelings and thoughts. Mops is suggesting a conscious music that forces people to think about immigrant reality. In 2012, the artist launches is first compilation, « Journée d’intégration », the fruit of an introspective work warmly welcomed by his fans.
