The RockAfrika Duo was born from the collaboration of the singer, keyboardist, author, composer and performer, Guy Mapoko, and the percussionist Moise Yawo Matey.

With a repertoire based on original compositions and great classics, they have pushed the limits of their instruments, to come out with a stunning rock and vocal musical sound, tinged with African colors and flavors. A sound rich in texture, enveloping and powerful!

RockAfrika is Rock’n Blues with the colors and flavors of Africa where the rocking voice and the magic fingers on the keyboards of Guy Mapoko intertwine with the bewitching hands on the African percussion of Moise Yawo Matey to charm you, to rock, to soar, to travel, to warm up and finally to dance.
