On its 15th anniversary, they have brought out a lavish new album, Times, which confirms what everyone already knew: Nomadic Massive is Montréal’s flagship hip-hop group. Whether in English, Creole, Spanish or Arabic, they are constantly reinventing their musical approach, textured with beats from here and elsewhere. And, as a rebellious response to societal issues, they convey the city’s vibe far and wide.
