Through its partners, Productions Nuits d’Afrique is proud to offer prestigious awards to the finalists of the Syli d’Or de la Musique du Monde. Below is the list of prizes that will be presented to the finalists of the 15th edition (2022), totaling a value of 50 000 $.
FOR THE 3 FINALISTS
- Price Disques Nuits d’Afrique : Live recording of performances during the Gala
- Price Disques Nuits d’Afrique : Production of the Syli d’Or Compilation – 15th edition
- Price Believe : International digital distribution of the Syli d’Or compilation 15th edition
- Price Mundial Montréal : a professional accreditation and support to attend the Mundial Montréal showcase
- Price Productions Nuits d’Afrique : Production of a promotional video
- Price Musitechnic : Professional training on recording software
- Price SPACQ : 1-year membership in the services of the Professional Society of Authors and Composers of Quebec

”PRIX DU PUBLIC” awarded by the Conseil des arts de Montréal
For a third year, the Conseil des arts de Montréal is joining forces with the Syli d’Or de la Musique du Monde to offer the new PRIX DU PUBLIC to a collective of professional Montreal musicians. Worth $9,000, it includes a $5,000 grant as well as support for the creation and production of a sound model and a promotional video. demo.
PRICE AFROPOP-SYLI D’OR
One artist, selected from among the 9 semi-finalists, will receive a portrait interview broadcast throughout the Afropop Worldwide network by Public Radio International (PRI). Outreach through 115 stations in the United States, Europe and Africa!
