For nearly four decades, the Festival International Nuits d’Afrique has set Montréal’s heart beating to the rhythms of music from Africa, the Antilles and Latin America. Each summer, the city transforms into a grand celebration where audiences are invited to discover and honour vibrant cultures with rich, multifaceted heritages.

At the heart of the Quartier des spectacles, Nuits d’Afrique contributes fully to the life of the city, its cultural influence and its appeal as a tourist destination. Each edition invites residents and visitors alike to experience Montréal in a new way, reinforcing the image of a welcoming, dynamic and outward-looking metropolis.
