AZIZ SITEN'K

Aziz Siten’K, whose real name is Abdoul Aziz Koné, is a pioneer of slam poetry in Mali and was named the country’s best slammer in 2016. As an author and educator, he has published several works and founded major events like FISH Mali and the International Slam Awards. He has represented Africa on global stages, including MASA in Abidjan and FISPA in Canada. He also received musical training in Mali and the United States. Since 2021, he has been based in Montreal, where he continues his artistic career in Canada.
