JAHELLE BONEE

Singer, musician, and songwriter Jahelle Bonee draws inspiration from a universe where soul, jazz, hip hop, and Ivorian sounds meet. Immersed in music from an early age, she discovered her calling through choir singing and by learning to play the Ahoco and Djembé. Her stays in various regions of Côte d’Ivoire have enriched her musical identity with a diversity of cultures and rhythms. In 2014, she officially launched her musical career and quickly stood out with showcases and concerts both in Côte d’Ivoire and in France. She has released two albums to date: Béflèhmi (2018) and Meet My Soul (2023). Inspired by her latest album, the Meet My Soul show takes the audience on a journey through Afro-soul, blues, and funk, featuring deeply engaged lyrics that explore immigration, love, and women’s rights. With her captivating voice and genuine stage presence, Jahelle Bonee brings to life a music that blends strength, emotion, and humanity.
