Somos Más | Latin Folk, Latin pop (South America)
Somos Más is a vocal and instrumental ensemble composed of women from diverse backgrounds — Quebec, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Vancouver. This diversity shapes a deeply humanist collective, united by a shared desire to love, create, dream, and stand together. Formed in Montreal in early 2025, the group stands out for its rich vocal harmonies and soulful arrangements that blend guitar, ukulele, bass, and percussion. Together, they embody the strength of “us” — a collective power greater than the sum of its parts. Through a mix of original compositions and tributes to the folkloric music of Latin America, Somos Más celebrates resilience, hope, and joy. On stage, they create a vibrant and inclusive space where music becomes an act of love, resistance, and celebration. Continuously evolving, Somos Más keeps welcoming new voices and broadening its creative universe. Driven by connection, passion, and friendship, the group brings audiences together to dance, feel, and share the joy of music.

Lydol | Slam (Cameroon)
A multidisciplinary artist born from the breath of words and the power of performance, Lydol stands today as one of the most distinctive and daring voices in contemporary African music. Poet, singer, performer, and artivist, she draws from African oral traditions, spoken word, song, theater, and dance to craft a deeply emotional and hybrid stage language. As the first slam poet finalist of the RFI Discoveries Award, Lydol helped redefine slam as a full-fledged musical form on both African and international stages. Her artistic vision embraces openness — transforming slam into a total art form where poetry becomes body, voice becomes instrument, and the stage becomes a space for collective healing. This philosophy runs through her major projects, including her two albums Slamthérapie and Hybride, and her EPs Fragile and Élixir, blending Afro-urban rhythms, intimate melodies, and powerful lyrics exploring identity, resilience, love, and women’s empowerment. Recognized for her remarkable performances — from L’Afrique a un Incroyable Talent to the URTI International Grand Prix, and from the Cameroon Ballon d’Or to stages across South Africa, France, the U.S., Senegal, Canada, Tanzania, and Guinea — Lydol stands as both a popular and profound artist.
