Compilation 2025

Disques Nuits d’Afrique has once again brought together the star artists of the 39th festival edition in a compilation of 20 eclectic tracks, showcasing the current world music scene.

It features the global star and Zoblazo king, Meiway, with his hit Zo. Reggae takes pride of place with Mo’Kalamity and his track Shine, as does the unbridled Afro-house of Mamans du Congo, whose videos have racked up millions of views.

Other highlights include the North African groove of Labess with All We Are Saying Now from his latest album; the Latin rhythms of Las Karamba; the Réunion Island rhythms of Maya Kamaty; the South-African flow of Stogie T; and the powerful voice of Nigeria’s Aunty Rayzor.

The compilation also highlights the diverse talents and creativity of Montreal artists, including Djely Tapa with Sewa from his critically acclaimed, Juno Award-winning album ‘‘Dankoroba’’. Last year’s Syli d’Or world music winners, Less Toches, are also present with their recent single La cumbia SVP!!

This compilation is available worldwide on all platforms, so be the first to discover the artists who will be making Montreal dance from 8 to 20 July 2025.
