The International Festival Nuits d’Afrique, presented by the TD Group Bank, is forced to cancel its October public performances at the request of Public Health. Ticket holders for the October shows will be reimbursed.
However, it is with great enthusiasm that the International Festival Nuits d’Afrique, offers Live on its Facebook page @nuits.dafrique, on Thursday, October 8, 15, 22, 29 and November 5 from 8 pm.
Live from the Nuits d’Afrique of Montréal – Starting on October 8th
This journey in music will begin on October 8th with the webcast of the Montreal African Nights Live series. Concerts by Mateo, Wesli, Naxx Bitota, Bantu Salsa, Ayrad, Dakka Dembélé, Gypsy Kumbia Orchestra, Zal Sissokho and Nomadic Massive will be captured live in venues such as the Ministry, the National and Club Balattou, without an audience, and then broadcast free of charge on the web.
Every Thursday in October, starting on October 8, the Festival will put online a series of highlights from two concerts by Montreal’s world-class artists of this 34th edition.
