Les Productions Nuits d’Afrique are proud to present the 19th edition of the Syli d’Or World Music Awards. A fixture on the Canadian music scene since 2007, this exceptional showcase annually uncovers remarkable new artists and highlights the latest trends in world music.
At the Gala Evening, groups will share the honours and prizes from our partners, totalling $75,000 in value.

Showcase concerts 36 groups / 18 evenings Free Tuesdays & Wednesdays, Feb 10 – Apr 8, 2026 · from 8 PM · Club Balattou Every Tuesday and Wednesday, attend two concerts and become a jury member for tomorrow’s artists. Your vote determines which 9 groups advance to the semi-finals. |

Semi-finals 9 groups / 3 evenings April 14, 15 & 16, 2026 · from 8 PM · Club Balattou Three nights at the legendary Club Balattou. Audience votes are combined with those of a professional jury to select the 3 groups heading to the grand final. |

Final / Gala 3 finalist groups Thursday April 23, 2026 · from 8 PM · Le National A grand gala evening where the three finalists perform on stage. After jury deliberation and audience votes, the Syli d’Or, Syli d’Argent and Syli de Bronze will be awarded on this unforgettable night! |
