Modeline Raymond

Modeline Raymond (MORAY) | Kompa, Pop, Soul (Haiti)

Modeline Raymond’s passion for music began at an early age — by the time she was five, she was already singing along to the songs she heard on television. Immersed in music, she wrote her first song at eighteen, sparking a lifelong passion and using this art form as a way to overcome her shyness. Originally from Haiti and now a Canadian citizen, Modeline Raymond (Moray) stands out for her unwavering determination and artistic authenticity. Her ability to blend different musical styles while staying true to herself is one of her greatest strengths. Through her music, she delivers powerful messages of empowerment, especially for the women of her homeland. Modeline embodies perseverance, passion, and hope, inspiring both her peers and listeners. Her music transcends cultural boundaries, telling universal stories and exploring themes such as love, resilience, and women’s emancipation. She is currently preparing for the release of her debut album, Auréole, set to come out in 2026.
