REGGAE UPRISING BAND

Following in the footsteps of Bob Marley, The Reggae Uprising Band produces timeless reggae music filled with coolness. Covering the great Kingston classics, the band members, who have traveled far and wide and collaborated with legends such as Marcia Griffiths, Luciano, and Tinga Stewart, enjoy borrowing fragments of soul, R&B, jazz, folk, country, and rock to delight audiences and get young and old alike dancing. The band will share the stage with veteran Mello G, a reggae great with a warm voice and a peaceful message, who has toured Canada and the world throughout his long career and is now back in the spotlight with tracks from his latest EP, Journey in Roots (2024).
