TETRATERIUM

TetraTerium is a Montreal-based instrumental collective founded in 2021. Comprising seven musicians with diverse influences, TetraTerium has established itself on the local scene as a response to the lack of representation of funk/fusion in Montreal. Blending jazz fusion, progressive funk rock and alternative sounds, the group has developed a unique sound, driven by a rich line-up combining drums, bass, guitar, keyboards and brass.

50% French, 50% left-handed, 50% short-sighted but 100% groove, TetraTerium offers a varied repertoire, blending original tracks with syncopated covers. The band draws inspiration from funk classics – The Meters, Parliament/Funkadelic, Herbie Hancock, Steely Dan – whilst exploring contemporary sounds with Cory Wong, Vulfpeck, Snarky Puppy and Butcher Brown.

CABARET ACOUSTIQUE NUITS D’AFRIQUE – at the Club Balattou

The legendary Club Balattou, and all its team, is happy to welcome you, with the “Cabaret acoustique Nuits d’Afrique”.
It is a whole program that awaits you, especially concocted for the public! You will be able to enjoy live performances every week, from Thursday to Sunday, at 9pm. A musical rendez-vous, which makes you travel through Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America, not to be missed !
