DJELY TAPA ET LE DJELYGROOVE

A descendant of a family of griots, Djely Tapa is the daughter of Kandia Kouyaté, one of Mali’s greatest voices, and Djely Bouya, a legendary dancer and singer. Djelygroove is a rhythmic blend of traditional and modern sounds—powerful and dynamic, yet sensitive and socially conscious music. Djely Tapa will be accompanied by artists from illustrious West African families, such as Zal Sissokho on the kora, Aboulaye Koné on guitar, Adama Daou on percussion, and Noël on drums.
