Kayiri has studied classic interpretation at the Conservatoire de Montréal and pop/jazz interpretation at the Université du Québec à Montréal.

Travelling the world (Canada, France, United States, Senegal, Morocco and Brazil) to perfect her art, she has received numerous grants from organizations including the Conseil des arts du Québec and Les Offices jeunesse internationaux du Québec (LOJIQ). Kayiri has won first prize in the Ottawa Kiwanis music competition and in the concerto marathon of the Conservatoire de musique de Gatineau as well as the Syli d’argent at the 10th Syli d’Or of World Music in 2016.

In addition to her talents as a violinist, she will reach you through the warmth of her voice as well as through the poetry and strength in her latest tool of choice, rap. Known for her dynamism and amazing stage presence, she has no fewer than five albums to her credit.
